By accessing our Site, submitting an inquiry, opting into communications, or utilizing our booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.

TRAVEL AGENCY ROLE & SUPPLIER TERMS
Luxury Travel Professionals acts solely as an independent travel advisor and intermediary for third-party travel suppliers, including cruise lines, airlines, luxury resorts, hotels, tour operators, and private ground transportation companies (“Travel Suppliers”).
Independent Suppliers: Travel Suppliers are independent entities and are not employees, agents, or joint venturers of Luxury Travel Professionals or Cruise Travel Outlet, Inc. All travel bookings, tickets, and reservations arranged through us are subject to the specific terms, conditions, booking policies, passenger contracts, and cancellation guidelines of each individual Travel Supplier.
Supplier Rules: You are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with your Travel Supplier’s specific policies, including cancellation schedules, payment deadlines, luggage rules, check-in requirements, and conduct policies.
ACCURACY OF PRICING, OFFERS, AND AVAILABILITY
All prices, promotions, suite categories, itineraries, and package offerings displayed on this Site or provided in quotes are subject to real-time availability and may change or be withdrawn by Travel Suppliers without prior notice until a deposit is paid and confirmed in writing.
While we make every effort to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, errors or typographical omissions may occasionally occur. Luxury Travel Professionals reserves the right to correct any pricing or offer errors at any time and is not bound to honor incorrect or mistakenly published prices.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, PASSPORTS, AND HEALTH REQUIREMENTS
Travelers assume full responsibility for verifying, securing, and possessing all required travel documentation for their entire itinerary, including valid passports (typically required to have at least six months of validity remaining from the date of return), entry visas, tourist cards, health forms, vaccinations, and government-issued identifications.
Luxury Travel Professionals is not liable for denied boarding, entry refusal, travel disruptions, or penalties resulting from improper, expired, or missing travel documentation. We strongly encourage all travelers to consult the U.S. Department of State and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidelines prior to international travel.
TRAVEL PROTECTION & INSURANCE
Because unforeseen events, medical emergencies, travel delays, supplier insolvencies, and weather disruptions can occur, Luxury Travel Professionals strongly advises all clients to purchase comprehensive travel protection and trip insurance at the time of booking.
SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS (CONDITIONAL)
If you provide your mobile phone number to Luxury Travel Professionals through website forms, phone conversations, or booking requests and elect to receive text messages:
- Program Overview: We send 1-to-1 informational, transactional, and service-related text messages regarding custom travel quotes, stateroom or resort availability, itinerary details, booking confirmations, payment reminders, and advisor assistance.
- No Purchase Requirement: Consent to receive SMS text messages is not a condition of purchasing any travel services.
- Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your travel inquiries, active quote requests, and booking status.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply.
- How to Opt Out: You may cancel text communications at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from us.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the total commission or fee earned by our agency for the specific booking at issue.
GOVERNING LAW & VENUE
These Terms and your use of our Site and Services are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute or legal claim arising from these Terms or our Services shall be filed and resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of New Hampshire.
SEVERABILITY & ENTIRE AGREEMENT
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Luxury Travel Professionals regarding your use of the Site and Services.
